Wowie!!!  We go then, no sooner has 2009 kicked off but Barry and Ben are at it again ha!!

They will play host at the South West Property Network event, an event organised between, Smart Property Investment, Progressive Property and Internet whizz kids Newicon!!

The event will be the trendiest sexiest event in the country, it is hosted at the Celtic Manor, the stunning golf course that will also play host for the next Ryder cup event, so keep your eyes open and get your asses to the event to try and wangle yourself some tickets

The evening will consist of a generic networking theme, but the expert panel and the guest speakers will have a hint of something different.

Couple that with some cool prizes, some stunning views, a gorgeous hotel and a healthy helping of new fresh faces. We’ll see you there!

Smart Property investment delivered their first presentation on the 15th December at the Bawa conference centre.

Considering the amount of time given to write a presentation, reherse a presentation, find a venue, book the venue, promote the event, then actually deliver it, Barry and Ben both did extremely well.

The presentation consisted of:

• The current climate
• How to take advantage of the current climate
• How to find yourself cracking deals
• Purchase examples
• The concept of remortgaging

First small steps towards much bigger things
