For the Options beginner who would like a deeper insight into understanding Option structure, basic principles and why people want to sell using Options. The focus is on sourcing deals through Letting & Estate Agents and you will be asked to make phone calls LIVE at the event.
Private Mentoring: £4000 – You receive 2 days intensive mentoring. We visit your area and spend time with you sourcing deals from Letting Agents & Estate Agents. You will be educated and be in a position to educate other people as to why Options are such a fantastic solution for vendors. This programme is intended for people with some property experience and are currently frustrated with out-dated sourcing mechanisms. YOU will be made to do the uncomfortable stuff that people simply do not want to do.
Lease Options Warrior Programme: £3000 – You receive 6 months of intimate mentoring/masterminding with 5 people, looking to make a lasting change and accomplish accelerated results. Each member will receive a full hour to work on their issue’s/challenges and have the benefit of everyone else’s experience and contribution.
